About the RoleChooseMe is building a new kind of social platform focused on real-world interaction through games, activities, and instant connections.
This is not a visual design role.
This is a product thinking + execution role.
You will define how the product works, feels, and evolves.
What You Will Do- Design end-to-end product experiences (from idea → wireframe → final UI)
- Translate product ideas into clear user flows and interfaces
- Define how users interact with the platform — not just how it looks
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Work closely with the developer to ensure accurate implementation
- Continuously improve the product based on real user behavior
- Contribute to overall product direction and decision-making
The expectation is simple: you design usable, intuitive products — not just screens
What We Are Looking For- Strong experience in Figma (mandatory)
- Ability to design complete user journeys, not isolated screens
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and user behavior
- Ability to think in terms of product, not just design
- Strong portfolio of real, shipped or production-level work
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clean, usable interfaces
Product designers are expected to balance user needs with business goals while designing intuitive experiences
What You Must Be Comfortable With- Working in a zero-to-one startup environment
- Ambiguity — features will evolve, not be handed to you fully defined
- Taking ownership of the product experience
- Fast iteration — design, test, improve
What Will Disqualify You- Only UI-focused work (Dribbble-style designs without real product thinking)
- No understanding of user flows or interaction design
- Weak or generic portfolio
- Inability to explain design decisions
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)- Core user flows designed and implemented
- Clean, intuitive UI across key features
- Strong collaboration with developer
- Product feels coherent, usable, and polished
