Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design for agentic AI productsfrom discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specifications
- Design intuitive interfaces for multi-agent systems serving media planners, analysts, and clients across different technical comfort levels
- Create UX flows for Genie spaces, conversational data exploration, and automated reporting dashboards that surface insights without requiring SQL or code
- Develop and maintain a design system for the Decisioning practices AI product suite, ensuring consistent visual and interaction patterns across tools
- Conduct user research with internal media teams and client stakeholders to identify pain points, map workflows, and validate design decisions
- Define transparency and trust patterns for AI-driven experiences, including how users understand what the system did, why it did it, and how to correct outcomes
- Prototype and test interaction models for agent-to-human handoff, error recovery, and multi-step automated workflows
- Partner closely with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure designs are technically feasible and delivered with high fidelity
- Design onboarding flows and training materials that accelerate adoption of new AI tools across agencies
- Create client-facing presentation materials, demos, and visual assets that clearly communicate tool capabilities and business value
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped B2B or data-heavy products
- Proven expertise in complex workflow design, data visualization, and enterprise UX at scale
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, interactive prototyping)
- Experience designing AI/ML-powered products, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design methodologies
- Experience conducting user research in enterprise B2B environments (stakeholder interviews, usability testing, journey mapping)
- Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, and information hierarchy
- Excellent communication skills to present design rationale to engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
