Skill Required:
• Prepare detail costing & Estimation of AHU & HVAC Equipment.
• Prepare GA Drawing of AHU/HVAC Equipment.
• Prepare material costing,Equipment Pricing and detailed quotations obtain & evaluate vendor quotation for AHU component and assesment.
• Prepare cost comparison statement and obtimize equipment costing.
• Understand AHU construction,component,capacity,ESP,Air flow,Coil selection,Filter,Fans.Motor insulation.
• Ensure Quotation comply with project specification and client requirement.
• Support tendor preparation and commercial negotiation.
Job Duties:
• Manage the complete HVAC system planning from receipt of base drawings from client / architect for various type of projects from master planning to GFC drawings.
• Prepare heat loads, tender drawing and specifications, HVAC estimates, issuing of tender, preparing comparative analysis, negotiation with supplier if needed.
Education: BE Mechanical
