We’re Hiring: Product Delivery Manager
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Product Delivery Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to MNC companies, to join our growing IT team in Coimbatore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end product delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product delivery lifecycle from planning to release.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, design, business, and operations teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure product releases are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify delivery risks and create effective mitigation plans.
- Share regular project status updates with stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, and release notes.
- Support product backlog planning and prioritization.
- Drive process improvement and improve delivery efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product delivery, project management, program management, or product operations.
- Experience working in MNC companies will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working with product, technology, QA, and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Excel, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, enterprise software, IT services, or digital product companies.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed stakeholders.
