Executive Summary

We are seeking a strategic technology leader to oversee the Modern Digital Workplace ecosystem. This role is responsible for the foundational technologies that empower our global workforce, focusing on seamless access, robust identity management, and the lifecycle of enterprise applications. You will lead the transition toward a highly automated, secure environment where software delivery is frictionless and the digital infrastructure is consistently optimized for performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identity & Access Foundation

· Direct the strategy and governance for Active Directory (AD) and Azure/Entra ID, ensuring a secure and scalable identity foundation across all global entities.

· Oversee Group Policy management, Domain Controller health, and the integration of Identity Access Management (IAM) with cloud-based productivity suites.

2. Software Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

· Establish a comprehensive Software Portfolio Management framework to track, rationalize, and optimize software spend and license utilization.

· Oversee the end-to-end Software Packaging process, ensuring applications are standardized, tested, and ready for silent, automated deployment across various OS environments.

· Lead the strategy for application virtualization and containerization to simplify the delivery of complex legacy software.

3. Endpoint & Deployment Strategy

· Manage the global endpoint estate (Windows, macOS, Mobile) using Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools like Intune or SCCM.

· Modernize the deployment pipeline, shifting toward "Autopilot" or zero-touch provisioning to reduce the manual overhead of hardware refreshes.

· Ensure consistent patch management and vulnerability remediation across the entire software portfolio.

4. Operational Leadership & Digital Transformation

· Lead a high-performing department of up to 100 associates, fostering a culture of technical excellence and service-oriented delivery.

· Manage strategic relationships ensuring technical roadmaps align with business objectives and cost-efficiency targets.

Required Qualifications

· Experience: 15+ years in IT leadership, with a significant focus on enterprise-scale workplace engineering and infrastructure.

· Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Active Directory architecture

· Portfolio Management: Proven experience in managing a diverse Software Portfolio, including license compliance, rationalization, and procurement strategy.

· Packaging & Distribution: Understanding of Software Packaging standards (MSI, App-V, MSIX) and automated distribution methods at scale.

· Leadership: A track record of managing large, cross-functional teams and delivering multi-entity transformation projects in the APAC/European regions.
