Job Title: Product Data Coordinator (Content & Data Entry)/ Data Champion
Location: India, Japan, China (remote)
Role type: Contract (standard working hours no freelancing)
Durations: 12 months +long term extension
Job Overview
Manage and maintain product data and content across systems, ensuring accuracy, timely validation, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners. This role focuses on data entry, content integration, and end-to-end tracking of product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update product data in systems (e.g., WeShare)
- Integrate marketing and legal content for products
- Coordinate with Product, Regulatory, and Scientific teams for validation
- Track progress, follow up, and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or issues
- Ensure completion of validation and data transfer (e.g., EasyPack, Akeneo)
- Coordinate with translation agencies for content localization
- Support merchandising and innovation teams with product content
- Assist users, resolve queries, and report system issues (Zendesk)
- Participate in system testing (UAT) and suggest improvements
