Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our digital and technical products. This role acts as a bridge between product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and customers, ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate product development activities between Product Managers, trainers, engineers, and business teams
• Maintain product roadmaps, feature trackers, and release plans
• Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Support creation of product documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Assist in launch planning, go-to-market activities, and internal enablement
• Collect feedback from customers, trainers, and stakeholders and share insights with the product team
• Manage product data, pricing, content, and version updates across platforms
• Support certification programs, LMS, and product platforms (for EdTech/AI products)
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of technology products, SaaS, EdTech, or digital platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar is a plus
Good to Have:
• Experience in EdTech, AI, software, or digital products
• Basic knowledge of Agile or product lifecycle management

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
