Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Consultant role based in Delhi. The Product Consultant will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert product advice, and recommend appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, coordinating product specifications, conducting consultations, and supporting product delivery. The role emphasizes proactive client communication and providing an excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and consulting skills to address client needs and provide effective product recommendations.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Experience in Product Management to handle product specifications, delivery processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service for building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the road safety or signage industry is advantageous.
