Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid (remote) role for a Product Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, performing market analysis, preparing business plans, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth. The Product Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product management strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Analysis and the ability to identify trends and opportunities
- Proven skills in Business Planning and strategic development
- Strong Account Management and relationship-building abilities
- Expertise in Sales and a track record of achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of Product Management, including lifecycle management and customer-centric approaches
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with industrial instrumentation solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred
