Role Description
- Monitor production activities on the line to ensure product meets quality standard at every stage.
- Perform in-process inspections such as visual checks, dimensional verification, and functional testing as per defined frequency.
- Verify that raw materials and components used in production meet required specification.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and control plans during production.
- Identify defects or deviations and coordinate with production team to take immediate corrective action and rectify issues.
- Maintain production records of inspection results, reports and quality data for trackability.
- Ensure proper segregation of and handling of non-conforming or rejected materials.
- Conduct line clearence before starting production and during product changeovers.
- Handle kit closure activity by ensuring correct quantity, proper packing and documentation.
- Co-ordinate and manage dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Verify all dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists for accuracy.
- Ensure that only quality-approved materials is dispatched to customers.
- Perform PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) to ensure the final product meets all quality requirements before dispatch.
- Communicate with production, QA, and dispatch teams for smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection / PDI / QC roles (electronics preferred)
- Basic understanding of audio product testing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to follow processes and maintain documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
