is looking for a proactive and analytical Product Associate to join our Product Management team.

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Associate with strong experience in product management, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, Operations, and Business teams to support product development, customer engagements, deployments, and product quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Support product vision, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization
• Gather customer feedback, analyze user behavior, and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and QA teams for timely releases
• Support sprint planning, UAT, backlog grooming, release management, and testing activities
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure effective validation and minimal critical defects post release
• Monitor product performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Support solution consulting, customer demos, proposal preparation, and RFP responses
• Coordinate customer deployments, rollout activities, and issue resolution
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and knowledge repositories
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields
• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in preparing functional and solution documentation
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, fintech, e-commerce, or technology-driven organizations
• Exposure to AI/ML products, analytics platforms, automation systems, or investigation/intelligence solutions
• Familiarity with UX principles, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing
• Exposure to LEA, cybercrime, digital forensics, intelligence, compliance, or investigation domains is an added advantage
• MBA or Product Management certification is a plus
