Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Associate – AI & Digital Innovation based in Delhi, India. The Product Associate will play a key role in developing and managing innovative digital products related to employability and education. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data to inform product strategies, managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing presentations to communicate insights and updates effectively. This role also involves actively contributing to the design and improvement of learning solutions powered by AI and digital tools.
What You Will Do
Build AI-Enabled Digital Artifacts including text, audio, video
• Design AI-assisted grading workflows.
• Build automated feedback templates.
• Develop reusable sprint and rubric assets.
Product Operations & Platform Enhancement
• Support feature documentation and release notes.
• Maintain product knowledge repositories.
Work with Cutting-Edge Tools
You will regularly work with:
• Generative AI systems
• Automation platforms
• No-code / low-code builders
• Data visualization tools
• LMS and workflow engines
You will not just “use AI” — you will design how AI works inside our product ecosystem.
Experiment & Innovate
• Prototype AI-driven workflows.
• Suggest efficiency improvements.
• Run small pilots to test new automation ideas.
• Document learnings and create internal playbooks.
Qualifications
BCA / BSc (Computer Science / IT / Data/ AI)
- Experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle planning and execution
- Proven Project Management skills for planning, organizing, and executing tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience or training in AI, digital tools, or education technology will be an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and to meet deadlines
- A keen interest in education innovation and familiarity with digital transformation trends
