About The Role-
We are looking for highly motivated M.Tech/MS graduates from IITs or IISc to join the wafer inspection applications team supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing solutions. The role involves working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to demonstrate product capabilities, solve technical challenges, and support next-generation wafer inspection technologies.
This is a customer-facing and highly technical role with significant international exposure and extensive travel opportunities to Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities-
Responsible for supporting clients wafer inspection products.
Facing the customer to demonstrate product performance, both in-house and at customer facilities (at various locations worldwide).
To prove technical superiority of clients tools over competitor tools at customer sites
To work closely with many organizations, including the local team, engineering, marketing and software teams within clients and with customer engineers outside clients.
To lead the technical expertise of the local application engineers and the new use case developments.
To track all critical projects in real time and to update the division with proper tracking updates.
Involved with development & characterization of next generation wafer inspection products.
Technical Skills-
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of wafer inspection systems and defect analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical data and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
Preferred Qualifications-
Strong academic record throughout education.
Interest in semiconductor process technologies and inspection systems.
Exposure to optics, imaging systems, data analysis, or semiconductor tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 85%.
