Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Analyst / Lead role based in Abroad. The Product Analyst / Lead will evaluate and improve immigration and visa-related service offerings, using data and client feedback to refine processes, tools, and products. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements from internal teams, mapping customer journeys, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance client experience. The role involves conducting data analysis on inquiries, conversions, and timelines to recommend product and process changes, as well as preparing reports and dashboards for leadership. The Product Analyst / Lead will collaborate closely with operations, sales, marketing, and technology partners to prioritize product initiatives, define specifications, support implementation, and monitor outcomes against key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret trends, build reports, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Business Analysis experience, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating client needs into product or service improvements.
- Product Management exposure, with the ability to define features, prioritize backlogs, and manage the lifecycle of service offerings.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, statistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in analytics or product management are an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic analytics or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar) to create dashboards and performance reports.
- Experience in immigration services, consulting, or service-based industries is preferred, with a strong client-centric mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of initiatives from analysis through to execution and follow-up.
