Role Overview
We are looking for a
Product Analyst to help build and lead the analytics function for our upcoming
mobile F2P sports game - 'E-Cricket". This is a highly impactful, hands-on role where you will define how product data informs decision-making across gameplay systems, player progression, monetization, and live operations.
Reporting directly to the
Director of Product, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to transform player data into actionable insights that shape the game’s roadmap and live strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the game’s telemetry framework and event taxonomy to ensure meaningful tracking of player behavior and gameplay systems.
- Define, track, and manage core product KPIs including retention, engagement, replay behavior, PvP activity, progression, and in-game economy health.
- Build actionable dashboards and analytics frameworks using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Looker, or Tableau to support product decision-making.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and live experiments to evaluate gameplay features, monetization systems, and player engagement strategies.
- Translate player behavior and performance data into clear product recommendations that improve player experience and business outcomes.
- Lead regular KPI and performance reviews with product leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making for the game.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics for mobile F2P games.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of retention, engagement, progression, and in-game economy metrics.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and product decisions.
- Comfortable working closely with senior product, design, and leadership teams.
Bonus Points
- Experience working on sports or competitive multiplayer titles.
- Background in player behavior modeling, segmentation, or predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with live operations, game economy balancing, or monetization analytics.
