Job Summary
The Product Analyst is a key member of the Total Experience (TX) Team responsible for connecting business stakeholders to TX analytics capabilities and shaping how experience measurement informs decision‑making across the enterprise. This role builds trusted partnerships, learns stakeholder goals and challenges quickly, and translates those needs into actionable insights, measurement plans, and success criteria. The analyst partners closely with Total Experience, Product, Data Engineering, AI, and business teams to align analytics to Moments that Matter across end‑to‑end journeys, and to right‑size solutions based on stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit needs from business stakeholders and translate qualitative and quantitative experience data into actionable insights and feature requirements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, develop a deep understanding of their goals and challenges, and identify opportunities where TX analytics can help.
- Translate insights and stakeholder needs into well‑defined user stories (epics/features/stories), acceptance criteria, and measurable success criteria.
- Partner closely with the Data Engineer to turn measurement needs into reality (e.g., instrumentation requirements, definitions, and validation needs).
- Prioritize stories alongside the TX Lead and UX Manager by leveraging cross‑journey insights and aligning to Moments that Matter; tailor (right‑size) the approach based on stakeholder needs and maturity.
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) and iteration planning to identify risks, analytics gaps, and dependencies across systems, data sources, and teams.
- Support design and development by partnering on validation approaches and confirming changes influence customer experience in the intended way.
- Maintain working knowledge of experience analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, GA), VoC capabilities (e.g., Qualtrics), and emerging AI-enabled analytics approaches to represent TX analytics effectively; tool administration is not the primary function.
- Partner across teams (e.g., call center analytics and AI) to incorporate additional sign

Mode of Working This role follows a hybrid work model with a primary base in Bengaluru. On‑site presence is essential for key engagements, with flexibility for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.
Skills And Background You’ll Need
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering (preferably with MIS specialization)
Experience
A minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, product analytics, experience analytics, UX measurement, consulting, or related fields. Must be highly collaborative in cross‑functional settings and comfortable partnering with technical teams (e.g., data engineering) to translate stakeholder needs into implementable requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder relationship skills, and the ability to learn new tools quickly are essential. Experience or demonstrated interest in emerging analytics approaches, including AI-assisted analysis, is valued.
