Product Analyst (1+ Year Experience)
Looking for a curious, data-driven Product Analyst who can turn insights into impactful product decisions.
Location: Sec-43, Gurgaon
Immediate joiners only
What You’ll Do
Quantitative Analysis:
Track and analyze key product metrics like conversion, retention & engagement
Build dashboards and performance reports
Design & evaluate A/B tests to measure product changes
Qualitative Insights :
Conduct user interviews & usability testing
Analyze feedback, support tickets & user calls
Turn insights into actionable product recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with Product Managers to validate hypotheses
Collaborate with CX, Marketing & Design teams
Bring the “voice of the user” into every decision
What We’re Looking For :
Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.)
Ability to tell stories with data
Basic understanding of A/B testing
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Curiosity, ownership, and a problem-solving mindset
Bonus Points :
Experience in startups or consumer apps
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Knowledge of Python/R
