Strong Communication & Collaboration skills
Any Project Management Tool - ADO/ JIRA/ Rally etc
Leadership & Management Skills – Preferred
Strong experience translating business needs into clear product requirements
Proven stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering teams
Exposure to customer or user interactions and feedback loops
Working knowledge of product or project tools (Jira, ADO, Rally, etc.)
Excellent Communication & Collaboration skills
Healthcare experience is mandatory
