ROLE OBJECTIVE
Product Analyst
The Product Analyst – Implementation acts as the bridge between the product
team, implementation team and customer stakeholders to ensure successful
deployment of the product. The role focuses on understanding business
processes, translating requirements into system configurations, supporting
implementation activities, and ensuring the product delivers expected value to
customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong understanding of software product lifecycle and implementation
processes.
Experience with business process analysis and requirement documentation.
Business Requirement Analysis.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business
workflows and operational requirements.
Conduct business process study sessions and requirement workshops.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and product
configurations.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional
Requirement Documents.
REQUIREMENTS
0 to 1 year of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analyst or Implementation Consulting.
Strong communication skills
Should be willing to travel within and outside India for business.
