Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune City, with flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Product Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to derive insights, identifying trends, and determining requirements to help inform product development and strategy. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, and engineering, conducting market research, tracking product performance, and creating detailed documentation of findings and recommendations. The Product Analyst will play a key role in defining functionalities and enhancing the user experience for products.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in business analysis and understanding product lifecycles
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of product management methodologies and frameworks
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and project management software is a plus
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Previous experience in a related role is advantageous but not required
