About the role-:
Arina AI is seeking a small group of current or former senior university leaders to serve as Higher Education Product Advisors.
This is an advisory appointment for leaders who want to help shape responsible AI solutions for universities. You will bring practical institutional perspectives to Arina AI’s product and strategic thinking through periodic feedback sessions and advisory discussions.
We expect to appoint a limited number of advisors. This is a part-time advisory role with an expected commitment of approximately 4–6 hours per week. It is not a full-time role or a sales position.
The role will typically involve scheduled product and strategy discussions, review of selected materials or workflows, and occasional advisory sessions. Specific priorities and meeting cadence will be agreed at the beginning of the appointment.
What you will do-:
- Share perspectives on emerging priorities, challenges, and opportunities in higher education.
- Provide product feedback on AI-enabled teaching, learning, accreditation, academic operations, and institutional effectiveness.
- Advise on institutional readiness for AI adoption, including governance, faculty engagement, and change management.
- Share insight on accreditation, quality assurance, regulatory expectations, and academic excellence.
- Participate in periodic virtual advisory meetings with Arina AI’s leadership and product teams.
- Review selected product concepts, workflows, or early product directions and provide candid feedback.
- Where appropriate and entirely at your discretion, participate in small roundtables, thought-leadership conversations, or higher-education events.
Who we are looking for-:
- Current or former Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean, Registrar, Director, or an equivalent senior leader at a university or higher-education institution.
- Significant experience in academic leadership, university governance, quality assurance, or institutional transformation.
- Understanding of Indian higher-education frameworks, including UGC, AICTE, NAAC, NBA, and NIRF.
- Interest in responsible AI and technology-enabled education.
- Strong strategic judgment, communication skills, and willingness to provide constructive, independent feedback.
Experience with European, Australian, or US universities and accreditation frameworks is an advantage.
