About Us
Gravolite is a leading brand in sports mats and high-performance sports equipment. We are growing our gymnastics product line and are looking for a dedicated Production Manager to join our factory team.
Please Note: We are strictly looking for candidates who already have direct experience making gymnastics equipment or gymnastics mats.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Floor Supervision: Oversee the daily production line to make sure gymnastics products are made correctly and on time.
Quality Checks: Personally check the gymnastics gear and mats to ensure they meet our strict safety and durability standards.
Daily Reporting: Keep track of daily production numbers and report directly to the factory manager.
Material Tracking: Monitor the use of raw materials like high-density foam and vinyl covers to reduce waste.
Team Guidance: Help workers on the production floor understand design requirements and maintain a safe workspace.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Mandatory Experience: Prior work experience in the production of gymnastics products or gymnastics equipment. Candidates without this industry experience will not be considered.
Material Knowledge: A clear understanding of materials used in sports products, such as foam cutting, stitching, and assembly.
Basic Computer Skills: Ability to log daily production data in simple sheets or systems.
Problem Solving: Quick thinking to handle regular issues on the assembly line.
