About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Producer to manage and support end-to-end shoot execution across e-commerce, campaigns, and content. The role involves both production management and administrative coordination to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shoots.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute shoots (e-commerce, campaign, social, editorial) from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, brand, styling) and external vendors (photographers, models, agencies, studios)
• Manage shoot schedules, logistics, travel, and on-ground execution
• Handle vendor coordination, bookings, and shoot requirements
• Manage budgets, invoices, billing, and expense tracking
• Source props, locations, and creative talent aligned with brand needs
• Maintain shoot documents, cost sheets, and vendor databases
• Track shoot assets, props, and inventory
• Support creative ideation and execution of content
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in production / shoot coordination / admin roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
