This role will lead strategic initiatives, leveraging advanced technologies like Python, LangChain, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, HuggingFace transformers and other AI/ML technologies and libraries, to develop cutting-edge solutions that address our business needs and propel us ahead of the competition.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions aligned with company goals.
• Three or more years of experience working as a machine learning engineer or similar related engineer role.
• Lead the research, development, and deployment of AI/ML models using Python, LangChain, LLMs, and HuggingFace transformers, as well as libraries for Deep Learning (e.g., Pytorch, Tensorflow), ML libraries (e.g., XGBoost, Scikit-learn) and NLP (e.g., spaCy, NLTK).
• Fine-tune existing models and/or create new models from scratch to enhance business processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure our AI initiatives remain innovative and impactful.
• Research and evaluate AI techniques and tools to inform decision-making.
• Develop, train, and validate AI/ML models to address specific business challenges.
• Collaborate with data and software engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions.
• Monitor and optimize model performance on a regular basis.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
