Overview
The Technical Lead – Zuora + Celfocus is responsible for leading the technical design, implementation, and support of billing and revenue management solutions using Zuora and Celfocus frameworks. This role provides deep technical expertise, guides delivery teams, supports integrations, and ensures successful implementation of subscription billing, charging, and revenue processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert for Zuora and Celfocus solutions
- Design and implement end‑to‑end billing and revenue management solutions
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs
- Lead configuration and customization of Zuora modules including Billing, Payments, and Revenue
- Support implementation using Celfocus accelerators, APIs, and frameworks
- Oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and downstream systems
- Guide development teams on best practices, standards, and solution design
- Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and code deliverables
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and billing validation activities
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, testing, and delivery teams
- Support SIT, UAT, go‑live, and post‑production stabilization
- Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring

- Prior experience in a Technical Lead or SME role preferred
- Zuora or relevant Billing certifications are a plus
