About the role
Overview:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items arising from executive meetings and decisions.
- Manage confidential documents and information with the utmost discretion.
- Oversee office operations including procurement, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Support event planning for board meetings, company events, and client engagements.
- Track and process expense reports, invoices, and budget submissions.
- Liaise with government bodies, legal teams, and external agencies as required.
- Supervise junior administrative staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
