About the Role:
We are looking for a Prod Support Bank with at least 5 years to 8 years of relevant experience as a Prod Support Bank.
Requirements
- Provide L2/L3 production support and incident resolution.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health.
- Support deployments, releases, and automation activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Perform RCA and ensure SLA compliance.
- Experience in Production Support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Leadership and team coordination experience for lead roles.
- Hands-on experience with IIS, Windows Servers, and deployments.
- Knowledge of F5 Load Balancer administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
- Understanding of Cloudflare/CDN concepts and DNS management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong API troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
- PowerShell or scripting experience for automation tasks.
- Basic Linux administration knowledge.
- Familiarity with enterprise support/monitoring tools.
- Experience with SFTP and GoAnywhere file transfer tools.
