Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Specialist (Civil) based in Hyderabad. The Procurement Specialist will oversee supplier evaluations, issue purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and ensure that procurement activities are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively. Responsibilities include analyzing project needs, collaborating with vendors to secure quality materials, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining detailed records of procurement processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
- Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess procurement needs and evaluate supplier performance
- Solid understanding of civil engineering materials and construction-related procurement
- Relevant experience in the sports infrastructure or construction sector is an advantage
- Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
