Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and driven professional to manage product operations, procurement, imports, inventory planning, packaging development, and marketing material coordination across multiple product categories.
The role involves owning the complete Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) from product identification and sourcing to launch execution and market support. The candidate will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, designers, agencies, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) for new and existing products
- Identify and launch new products through market research, supplier development, and trend analysis
- Manage sourcing and supplier coordination for local and international vendors
- Handle procurement, purchase orders, imports, shipment tracking, and inventory planning
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate product packaging, branding, catalogs, brochures, and other marketing collateral development
- Work with designers, printers, agencies, and vendors for timely execution of packaging and branding materials
- Support sales teams with product information, pricing, and operational coordination
- Conduct competitor analysis and maintain product performance tracking
- Coordinate compliance activities related to BIS, BEE, Customs, and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain reports, forecasting, and operational tracking through Excel/ERP systems
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, procurement, supply chain, or related functions
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of imports, inventory planning, and product operations
- Experience in packaging and marketing material coordination
- Strong Excel and ERP knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Hands-on, execution-oriented, and detail-focused approach
Preferred Industry
- Consumer products, electricals, lighting, appliances, manufacturing, or related industries
