Role Overview
We are hiring an aggressive Procurement Head to lead turmeric sourcing operations in Sangli market. This role requires someone who can move fast, negotiate hard, and secure bulk turmeric supply directly from farmers and traders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead turmeric procurement from Attur mandi, farmers & traders
- Build strong local supplier & farmer network
- Negotiate best price and quality deals
- Ensure daily procurement targets are achieved
- Monitor market arrivals and price movements
- Handle quality checks, grading & dispatch coordination
- Close bulk deals quickly and efficiently
- Travel across nearby turmeric growing areas
Candidate Profile
- Experience in turmeric / agri procurement preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Local market knowledge
- Aggressive and target-driven personality
- Ready for field work & travel
Compensation
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
