We are looking the Purchase specialist who have good experience in Capex (Plant) utility purchasing.
Duties and responsibilities:-
Familiar with facility engineering in electronics manufacturing industry; having supplier resources is a plus.
Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, consumables, and services as per production requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors; maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
- Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for requirement planning and issue resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 4 -7 years of experience in procurement (manufacturing/electronics preferred).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Preference will be given to those who have experience in facility management for electronic industry , procurement of AMC for air compressor, DG genset maintenance, UPS maintenance.
Procurement of Utility Capex related to Plant and Machinery such as Air Compressor, Air Dryer, DG Genset, DB Panels, UPS, Ductable AC, Floor Standing AC, Split AC, Cooling Tower, Receiver Tank, Centralized Vacuum Pump System Pick and Place application in the Plant.
Procurement of Utility Consumables spare parts such as air compressor, Chiller, Genset, Cooling Tower, ACB, VCB Modification, UPS Batteries, and MRO Services of these equipment’s and Dual Fuel PNG KIT Setup all 3 Units DG Set
