What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable. It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close.
What are we looking for? Any bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field"1) Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills2) Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.3) Excellent stakeholder management skills""1) Coupa Admin or Power User experience2) Knowledge of compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)3) Knowledge on generating reports and dashboards using Coupa analytics."
Roles and Responsibilities: "Experience Required: 5 years1) Hand s on experience working in Coupa Environment.2) Hand s on experience in Procurement Operations - PR, PO, approvals, follow-up, query resolution etc. 3) Ability to test Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Invoicing, etc.)4) Serve as the primary point of contact for Coupa-related delivery issues.5) Ability to train internal users on Coupa functionality and procurement processes.6) Skilled in developing and maintaining SOPs, user guides, and training materials7) Have strong understanding of P2P processes and procurement best practices"
