Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Procurement Operations & Analytics Manager to lead procurement excellence initiatives, analytics, working capital optimization, and process governance across global procurement operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in procurement analytics, savings management, inventory optimization, price forecasting, and stakeholder management within FMCG or manufacturing environments. This role will work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations & Analytics
- Build and standardize procurement performance frameworks and reporting processes.
- Develop dashboards and KPI trackers for procurement, inventory, cash flow, savings, and supplier performance.
- Analyze procurement data and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across procurement operations.
Inventory & Cash Flow Optimization
- Improve working capital through inventory and cash management strategies.
- Manage initiatives related to MOQ optimization, safety stock planning, lead-time reduction, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
- Partner with Supply Chain and Finance teams to optimize procurement efficiency.
Price Forecasting & Inflation Analysis
- Support procurement teams with market intelligence and price forecasting.
- Monitor inflation trends, commodity pricing, and market cost drivers.
- Provide forecasting insights for strategic procurement decisions and supplier negotiations.
Savings & Cost Optimization
- Lead savings governance and cost optimization initiatives across procurement categories.
- Develop savings methodologies, tracking mechanisms, and reporting structures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities using spend analytics and should-cost models.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Collaborate with global procurement teams, finance, IT, GBS, and regional stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple global stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent reporting, governance, and operational alignment.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Procurement Excellence, or Analytics.

- SAP / SAP Ariba

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
- MBA or certifications in Procurement / Supply Chain preferred.
- Experience in digital transformation and procurement automation projects is a plus.
