Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer with 3–5 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and timely procurement of materials and services required for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per project timelines
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams for procurement planning
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement records
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply-related issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Track market trends and pricing to optimize procurement strategy
• Handle logistics coordination and delivery follow-ups
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in real estate or construction projects
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, MEP items, etc.)
• Familiarity with procurement software/ERP systems
• Good understanding of contracts and commercial terms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Cost control and budgeting knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Negotiation & Cost Optimization
