Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Procurement Officer for an on-site role at our Noida location. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring that purchases align with project requirements and budgets. Responsibilities also include monitoring purchase orders, evaluating supplier performance, and optimizing procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement processes, and cost optimization strategies
- Proficiency in market research, analyzing data, and managing vendor procurement systems
- Familiarity with budget monitoring and maintaining records of purchases
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Previous procurement or supply chain experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in procurement analysis software or ERP systems is a plus
