About Infinite India (GCC):
- Infinite is establishing its India Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune to expand its engineering, digital, and customer service capabilities. This center will play an important role in supporting mission-critical initiatives while working in close collaboration with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with component manufacturers, EMS / contract manufacturers, sub-suppliers in EMEA and globally
- Source components and subsystems for RF, antenna, cable, connectors, wireless modules, etc.
- Conduct supplier qualification: audits, capability assessments, certification (ISO, RoHS, REACH, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and logistics.
- Manage supplier contracts, KPIs (quality, delivery, cost variance).
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, and purchasing to forecast demand, specify BOM, and ensure parts availability.
- Oversee quality assurance (incoming inspection, failure analysis, corrective actions).
- Work on cost-reduction programs (value engineering, alternate sourcing, volume consolidation).
- Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks (tariffs, lead times, raw material shortages).
- Manage import / customs, local regulatory compliance, certifications.
- Report metrics: supplier performance, cost savings, on-time delivery, quality metrics.
Skills & Experience:
- Significant years sourcing / procurement experience in electronics / components / manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of electronic components (RF, passive, connectors, modules)
- Strong negotiation skills, contract management skills
- Experience with supplier audits, quality systems, supply chain risk management
- Ability to read electronics BOMs, part datasheets, understand margins, yield, scrap, etc.
- Good communication (English + local language), cross-cultural capability
- Travel readiness EMEA
- Proficiency with procurement / ERP / supply chain systems
- This role requires flexibility to work in US and UK shifts on a rotational basis, in alignment with global business requirements.
