π Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Purchase Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end construction material procurement. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, cost control, negotiation, and timely material availability for ongoing construction projects.
π§Ύ Key Roles & Responsibilities
β Handle end-to-end procurement of all civil & finishing materials
β Develop & manage a strong vendor / supplier network
β Negotiate best prices, credit terms & delivery schedules
β Ensure timely availability of materials as per project timelines
β Coordinate with site engineers, project managers & store team
β Monitor inventory, stock levels & material consumption
β Prepare purchase orders (PO), rate comparisons & reports
β Ensure quality compliance & material specifications
β Track market rates & cost fluctuations
β Maintain proper documentation, billing & vendor records
β Implement cost-saving & process improvement strategies
