Location: Ahmedabad/Delhi (On-site) Salary: 12 LPA · Permanent · Full-time
About the Role: Manages end-to-end procurement for beauty SKUs (perfumes, hair extensions, related products). Reports to Commercial Head, works closely with Beauty Product Head on sourcing, sampling, and launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor & manufacturer management (domestic/international)
- BIS, ingredient-safety & labelling compliance
- Costing, MOQ, lead-time negotiation
- Raw material & packaging procurement
- Vendor quality tracking & QC resolution
- Procurement performance reporting
Requirements:
- 10–12 years’ experience in beauty/cosmetics procurement
- Knowledge of BIS & compliance standards
- Strong vendor negotiation & launch coordination skills
- Experience in raw material & packaging sourcing
- Preferably with fragrance/hair-extension supply chain exposure
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Business; Cosmetic Science/Chemistry background is a plus
