Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager based in Gurgaon. The Procurement Manager will oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier evaluation, vendor management, and contract negotiation. The daily responsibilities will include managing procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing market trends, and streamlining purchasing activities to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Vendor Management
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions
- Experience in procurement processes and strategies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
