Key Responsibilities
1. Project-Based Procurement
• Manage procurement for multiple office interior projects simultaneously.
• Understand BOQs, drawings, and specifications to plan material procurement.
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to meet tight fit-out schedules.
2. Material Sourcing (Office Interiors)
• Procure key interior materials such as:
o Gypsum partitions & ceilings
o Flooring (tiles, wooden, carpet, vinyl)
o Modular furniture & workstations
o Veneers, laminates, plywood, hardware
o Glass, aluminium, and metal works
o Paints, polish, and finishes
o All finishing materials
3. Vendor Development & Management
• Build a strong vendor base for office interior materials and contractors.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines.
• Evaluate vendors on quality, reliability, and project performance.
4. Costing & Budget Control
• Prepare and analyse comparative statements (CS).
• Ensure procurement within project budgets without compromising quality.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate materials/vendors.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with:
o Design team for material specifications
o Project managers for execution timelines
o Finance for billing and payment cycles
• Resolve site-level procurement challenges proactively.
