Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Refroid Technologies is at a growing stage and current plant is in IDA Jeedimetla however we are looking for a larger production plant in an around of Hyderabad. We already have order in hand to deliver for this financial year in the tune of INR 120 CR.
Role Summary: Responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring uninterrupted supply for HVAC and cooling system manufacturing.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Source and procure components like compressors, coils, sheet metal, copper, electricals, and control systems
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors (local & national)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and value engineering
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and vendor performance metrics
- Manage procurement documentation, MIS reports, and audits

Must to have skills:
