Role Description
This is a full-time Procurement Manager role based on-site in Indore. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency. The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes
- Exceptional skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize supply chain operations
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the agricultural or retail sector is an advantage
- Proficiency in procurement-related software is a plus
