We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of A2P messaging routes from the market, ensuring high-quality routes are procured promptly to meet traffic demands, quality requirements, and commercial targets. You will play a critical role in analyzing traffic patterns, assessing pricing trends, identifying the right vendors, and negotiating with them for optimal route procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procure SMS routes from the market, ensuring high quality, competitive pricing, and timely availability.
• Conduct traffic analysis-based pricing, quality checks, stability monitoring, and hop analysis.
• Evaluate vendor offerings, negotiate commercials, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor route performance including DLR and stability.
• Coordinate with NOC and Routing teams for testing and optimization.
• Maintain procurement records, testing results, and vendor performance reports.
• Participate in strategy discussions for rate negotiations and slab-wise planning.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing movements.
• Ensure compliance with telecom procurement standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in A2P route procurement or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of telecom routing and quality parameters.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
