Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete procurement lifecycle including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and vendor performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee supply chain operations, including planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics management.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiations, value engineering, and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships, including identification, prequalification, performance monitoring, and development of key suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with project, engineering and finance teams to ensure seamless material flow and budget adherence.
- Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and proactive issue resolution.
- Lead and mentor procurement and supply chain teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support informed decision-making.
