Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Procurement Manager. The Procurement Manager will oversee and manage procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective and quality-driven sourcing and supplier management. Daily tasks include supplier evaluation, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, maintaining relationships with vendors, and implementing strategies to improve cost efficiency and compliance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align procurement with project goals will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and relationship management
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Proven experience in Procurement processes and strategies
- Excellent Analytical Skills for cost analysis and market research
- Knowledge of compliance standards and procurement best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a design or construction-related industry is an advantage
