IMMEDIATE HIRE | MOVING QUICKLY
Ready to build a sourcing function from scratch for a global industrial technology leader? This is a rare opportunity to be the first sourcing hire for PULS India — owning the entire supplier ecosystem, procurement foundations, and localization roadmap with direct global stakeholder exposure.
PULS Group is a global leader in DIN rail power supplies and industrial power technology operating across 25+ countries — this is not a maintenance role, you are establishing the procurement foundation that will support PULS India's transition from EMS-driven operations to full in-house manufacturing.
As the first sourcing-function hire, your decisions on supplier selection, localization strategy, and procurement standards will directly shape how PULS India scales — sustained cost savings, reduced supply risk, and stronger supplier quality are your success metrics.
If you meet 70% of the requirements below, we strongly encourage you to apply.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement process establishment for PULS India across EMS-driven and future in-house manufacturing operations
- Partner with Global Commodity Managers to define procurement strategies aligned to business goals, supply markets, technology shifts, cost control, supplier quality, and delivery reliability
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, qualify, audit, and manage local and global suppliers across direct and indirect materials — electronics components, PCBs, transformers, stamping, sheet metal, and injection molding
- Lead localization programs, contract negotiation, pricing, supply agreements, cost analysis, and annual savings initiatives
- Drive demand planning, inventory optimization, compliance, and global sourcing standards across EMS and manufacturing supply chains
- Own KPI-led supplier management, vendor qualification, and FTWZ operations in a structured global procurement environment
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment — preferably electronics OEM or EMS — with strong exposure to complex global and local supply chains
- Deep familiarity with active and passive components, sheet metal, stamping, injection molding, transformers, assemblies, electronic OEMs, distributors, and QCD supplier evaluation
- Hands-on experience with FTWZ operations, global sourcing, ERP implementation, vendor qualification, and localization programs
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, commodity management, vendor development, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Procurement Manager, Sourcing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Commodity Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager, or Vendor Development Manager with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
Don't meet every requirement? If you're excited about this role and meet 70% of the criteria — apply anyway. We hire for potential as much as experience.
