Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team! As a Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing materials, services, and suppliers for our commercial interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, services, and suppliers for projects
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with project teams, architects, and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in procurement for commercial interior fit-out projects
- Proven track record of managing procurement teams and suppliers
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- Familiarity with industry standards, trends, and best practices
- MBA/PGDM or relevant degree preferred
