ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-calibre Procurement Manager – Cold Storage to join Crystal Logistics Cool Chain - one of India's fastest-growing cold chain infrastructure companies. This role sits within the Cold Storage function and offers a rare opportunity to build, own, and scale something meaningful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Own end-to-end procurement for all cold storage projects
■ Identify, onboard & manage vendors & suppliers
■ Negotiate rates, contracts & payment terms
■ Drive 10% annual cost savings through procurement strategy
■ Manage import procurement where applicable
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
- 10% procurement cost saving achieved annually
- PO raised within 48 hours of every approval
- Vendor delivery compliance above 90%
- Zero payment disputes outstanding at any time
- Monthly procurement MIS submitted on time
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
■ Graduate / MBA
■ 5–10 years procurement in industrial / cold chain / construction
■ Strong negotiation & Excel skills
■ Vendor management experience required
