Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Procurement Logistics Specialist. In this position, you will manage purchase orders, oversee logistics operations, and ensure smooth coordination within the supply chain. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply chain processes, improving efficiency, liaising with vendors, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and supply management will also be a central aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and optimizing supply chain workflows
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Excellent Communication skills for supplier coordination and cross-functional team collaboration
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in inventory management tools and software
- Previous experience in a similar role within logistics, procurement, or supply chain is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
