Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and organizational goals.
- Manage the complete procurement cycle for solar EPC projects — including sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and contracting.
- Identify and develop a reliable vendor base for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers, and BOS components.
- Evaluate supplier performance on parameters such as cost, quality, delivery, and service.
- Coordinate with engineering, project execution, and finance teams for material planning and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory regulations.
- Manage procurement for both domestic and international sourcing requirements.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
- Prepare and analyze RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Support logistics coordination, material tracking, and project site deliveries.
